Unknown command 'saveenv'

While trying to use this u-boot in an orange pi 5 plus. I was trying to change the boot order in order for pxe to be the first priority.
But for some reason the saveenv command does not exist.
Is this a known issue?

For anyone that might bump into this issue. The workaround i applied for now is to create a patch that hardcodes the desired boot order. Therefore bypassing the necessity of a saveenv command.
However the original issue still remains.
