Not seeing respondents with many pending...

Hello,

I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to see, but it looks like I should see the list of people already part of an availability group, and the people pending.

I have 20 people pending (correct). I also have 3 members which are greyed out (the 3 members is correct).

But I don't see the members. I see:

Is this really right??
