Feature request: Allow the user to set Layout "Vertical" or "Horizontal"

The ScalaTest view seems to set the layout of Tests and Stack Trace panels automatically based on it's geometry. Tests left of Stack Trace or Tests above Stack Trace.

Would it be possible allow users to choose Vertical or Horizontal in the same was the JUnit view does?

Yeah it is definitely possible, I'll add this to TODO list. FYI we are currently focus on ScalaTest 2.0.M6 release, we shall start to work on enhancements for this plugin once M6 is completed.
