Add explanatory text to Open Tasks statistics page #7011

A user was confused that the tasks »assigned« on this page. It should add an explanatory text. Something like

“list of users who are competing for the task instances”. Whoever clicks “get new task” first, will get the task instance.

Also, consider adding tooltips for the numbers in parentheses there?
