@philippotto and/or @normanrz Could you clarify again what you want me to do as part of this "issue". Should the design doc be extended with a proposal for the data structure that could be used for the supervoxel graph? And/Or with details what the full proofreading workflow would work like? Anything else?

I think the goal is to make a more concrete design doc that focusses on how make the super-voxel graph editable, initially based on an agglomerate file. I guess that involves backend and frontend data structures, an API in between, and an algorithm description. Ideally, we'll have actionable Github issues at the beginning of next sprint to assign. Happy to jump on a call for another round of brainstorming or designing.
