Run zinc benchmarks in separate CI jobs

Currently one CI job runs zinc benchmarks sequentially.

It can be improved by running benchmarks in parallel. We can run all Scalac benchmarks in one job and Shapeless benchmarks in another job, which reduces CI time.

This would also enable us to add more benchmarks without worrying about increasing CI time.
