Customizing embedded skim

Hi!

First of all, thank you so much for this project, it's a really useful tool for a person that works with a lot of Kubernetes clusters from CLI :)

PR #117 introduced skim as a replacement for fzf, is there any way to configure the embedded skim? It would be really nice to be able to change stuff such as the color scheme or the skim window height and position.
