Is type="solution" now supported in VS 16.9 or 16.10?

It should be in 16.10, @phenning what preview will it be in?

I've raised Dotnet-Boxed/Templates#1017 to make this change.

Does the older VS 16.9 or the .NET 5 CLI handle type="solution" nicely?
