Improvement to the ONT pool creation page so that it looks similar to the Pacbio pool creation page to ensure consistency.

Acceptance criteria
To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• The ONT page to follow the same layout as the Pacbio Pool creation.
• Scanning of tubes and plates.
• A toggle button to switch between views.
• Clicking on selected samples (in the Pooled samples section on right) to highlight the corresponding sample entries on left.
