As tree of life we would like all of the existing data in the warehouse to have the sample data so that we can track back to the original plate or tube barcode to enable more efficient top up management

To be considered successful the solution must allow:

• All of the existing libraries should have an associated sample in then aliquot table
• The sample should have a used_by type which is library and source_barcode which is the labware the sample is in
