Hi all,

I ran gubbins with default options: gubbins File_align.fasta

I got these output files but final_tree.tre is not generated: File_align.fasta.gaps.vcf File_align.fasta.gaps.phylip File_align.fasta.gaps.snp_sites.aln File_align..fasta.vcf File_align..fasta.phylip File_align..fasta.snp_sites.aln

How can I solve the problem?
