On the first page of the timeseries wizard, when switching from HDF5 to either of the other radio buttons, the "Delete HDF5 Input Files" confirmation dialog pops up. It should only pop up when unchecking the "Retain HDF5 files" checkbox on the "HPC Parameters" page.
