The Time field on the Compute Model Tab allows the time values for hours, minutes, and seconds to be assigned negative values. It does test for negative values once you click continue, but why would the field allow negative values to begin with? Can't we put a floor of '0' on all the time fields? Not sure if we should fix this at all, given that we need to redesign the interface, but I want to make note of it...
