Better Remote Browser UI

The current remote filesystem browser is pretty clunky, make it more like an OS file browser. Ideas:

• Remember the last-used file path.
• Allow keyboard path entry.
• etc.

This was discussed at today's meeting. @artintal: create a sensible default whitelist for the file browser (i.e. allow .csv, .txt, and anything with no file extension), but allow users to customize the filter in real-time.

@artintal: I'll be adding an optional filtering parameter to the API so the server will only deliver files that match. See #219.
