- Updates to build script
- Fixing logic to find Gurobi (to work with 11.0.0 release)
- Adding Pyomo sets to pyomo_coek interface (to specify feasible domains)
1. Trying to fix issue with gurobi solver interface 2. Adding other domain names
1. Update the _spack_tpls directory if it exists. This is probably what
most users want.
2. Try to add compilers ... which may be missing from the user's spack
configuration
