Need to xml escape when building items #5

I have a password entry with an & in the entry title. The alfred keepass workflow blows up on an invalid xml string.

In alfredworkflow.rb, need to add encode(:xml => :text) to each string we are going to embed in the xml.

        string_buffer += kp_item_template % [kp.title.encode(:xml => :text), kp.username.encode(:xml => :text), kp.password.encode(:xml => :text), kp.password.encode(:xml => :text)]
