librespot no longer reachable after connection loss #45

When you lose internet connection, for example while riding an elevator, librespot won't show up on devices list until it's restarted. App should at least detect that and restart it when needed.

I just added stuff to check if librespot is in the known devices list. See 0ecb260

Maybe it can be used for this issue as well.
