[Feature] Option to hide the Cards sidebar tab #142

The Cards tab is basically dead space for me, and for many users, I would imagine. Being able to hide it from the sidebar would increase visibility for the other tabs.

I was actually mainly hunting for a UI mod to do this when I found Minimal UI.
