No indication when a shortened link is trying to be shortened

When an already shortened link is trying to be shortened, the script is run, but then there is no notification or any sort of indication that the link is already a short one.

Perhaps not too big of an issue since a shortened link would still be on the clipboard, but an indication of such would be good.
