Reduce "File*" tab confusion in Browser interface

I find the 3 stacked File tabs (Files/File v/File) in the upper left of the browser interface

confusing and often click the middle [File v] when I meant to click the bottom [File] tab. I almost never use the middle [File v] tab.

There would be less confusion if the middle row began with the blue [Time Travel] tab followed by the green [Save] and then [File v]. At the very least, give the middle [File v] tab a background color, such as light yellow, consistent with colored [Save] and [Time Travel] tabs to differentiate it from the lower [File] tab and maintain consistency with the following 2 colored tabs.
