As part of updating safe settings screen we want to implement the logic to determine if the account is secured or not and update the UI accordingly.

Safe account considered insecure if one of the following conditions is true:

Threshold is N out of N
Owner count is 1
Threshold is 1 out of N
Backup not done for any of imported owners
