Describe the bug

I have noticed this after updating to 0.24.7 (F-Droid release). After editing and saving a note, upon returning to the main menu, the note that I have just edited disappears, i.e., in case of the “Recent” tab, the thumbnail for the edited note disappears, leaving a gap where the thumbnail would normally stand. Pressing on this gap does nothing, I have switch tabs (e.g., switch to “Settings” and back to “Recent”) to make the note appear again.

To reproduce

  1. Open a note in the “Recent” tab.
  2. Edit the note.
  3. Save and return to the main menu.
  4. The thumbnail and the list entry (with the title of the note) disappears, can’t open the same note again without switching tabs or restarting the app.

Expected behavior

The note doesn’t disappear after returning to the main menu.

Saber version

0.24.7 (F-Droid)

Device

  • Device: Samsung Tab S3
  • OS: Android 9
