min_length argument does not working

I faced with the problem of ignoring min_length argument. Problem arising both in version 0.11.9 and 0.12.1. Reports looks exactly the same either min_length value was set or not. However, if I set min_length value more than the longest read length, fastqc crushing with error, so I assume that this parameter is just ignoring during final statistics generation.
