Option to have the tool deploy the CRD #3

Would be good if the CRD itself could be (optionally) deployed by the tool as having that manual limits how useful it could be. Am thinking of this as something that could run in a testing pipeline.

The approach could perhaps be expanded to develop a serenity step library for performing k8s steps
