Lower binary and unary operations directly to corresponding unchecked MIR
operations. Ultimately this might not be syntax we want, but it allows for
experimentation in the meantime.

LGTM, I do think this is probably what we want. The thing that we could do if we really wanted to is let people write Checked(a + b) for the checked versions of these ops. Slightly jank but might be much more ergonomic than having to maintain a special function for each and every operator
