versions: rd-1.0.26.zip and rundeck-cli_1.0.26-1_all.deb
OS: Linux, Debian
error:
zip: "./rd: 72: ./rd: source: not found"
deb: "/usr/bin/rd: 72: /usr/bin/rd: source: not found"

Looks like the rd script is not reading the config from $HOME/.rd/rd.conf file.
