Describe the user story

Redhat UBI images have been there for sometime. Would request to add support for RH_UBI_IMAGE

Describe the solution you'd like

UBI images are basically yum repo based OS. These UBI images are very light almost similar to alpine. Financial companies generally prefer non-alpine images.

Describe the drawbacks of your solution

Not that I can think of. Just additional support and adoption. It would be great if this image tag is built within this repo
