Describe the user story
As a developer, the extra pre/post workflow checks that appear in GitHub PR are distracting and don't add much value (the output is empty in our environment).

Ability to not add pre/post workflow checks in GitHub PRs

Describe the drawbacks of your solution
Issues in the pre/post workflow checks would go unnoticed

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe a single check with all the non-plan/apply output instead of several pre/post workflow checks.

We are also facing similar issue, trying to hide it from other non- terraform projects (mono repo) #3548
