OS: Ubuntu 18.04.2
Nextcloud version: 15.0.7, installed from snap

I'm seeing the following error in my logs:
ResourceLocator can not find a web root (root: /var/snap/nextcloud/12753/nextcloud/extra-apps/dropit, file: index.php/css/dropit/96a5-d800-drop.css?v=d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e, webRoot: , throw: true)

The snap maintainer's comments in this issue might have some helpful info

These apps are making assumptions that are only valid for a subset of possible Nextcloud configs

The root cause of this in several apps has been identified as: nextcloud/server#13556
