Hi I have just a quick question.
This is in the readme:

Relies on a simplified and well-documented update process to keep the underlying libphonenumber library always up-to-date.

Now my question is, when the underlying library is updated.

Is it update on every new release, or does it update every time the package is included or something along that line?
