Rogue Soul - audio and text issues + small visual issue

Describe the bug

for what little text appears in the game, a portion is not aligned properly. additionally, audio occasionally "clips" from time to time, you can hear it on when you hover over buttons occasionally, (loots room might have it happen more) but you can definitely hear it as you run during gameplay. see #17204
the small visual issue is with the clouds. they should appear fuzzy, or blurry. and not overly sharpened(?)

Expected behavior

text should not be cut off. audio should never clip. the clouds should render properly.
