improve load time?

so i realized that for example in openwebui after the first message it takes less time than the first message but when using the bot it takes the same time for each message as it were the first one, is there any way to improve this and make it answer faster?

the hardware im using isnt very strong it is an orange pi 5 with 32 gb ram but as i said i get better times on openwebui

any idea guys?
