Reaction of cookie consent

We got a feedback about a buggy cookie consent:
"Das Cookie-Popup reagierte auf Handy und PC erst nach 2 oder 3 Klicks, vorher lief es gefühlt auch ins Leere. Ich hatte das vor einiger Zeit schon einmal, da reagierte es glaube ich gar nicht."

Browser and Ad-Block:
Chrome oder Edge 86.0.622.51 auf dem PC und Firefox auf dem Handy. In Edge nutze ich ublock origin

It is possible that the problem has something to do with a slow reaction time of the website as a whole. I restarted the server lately and I think it got better.

ToDo:
Could you please check the procedure and see if everything is ok? If not let's discuss how to change it.
