Installed the latest (1.4.6) i18n gem version on MRI 3.3.5.
What actually happened
Warning "PSA: I18n will be dropping support for Ruby < 3.2 in the next major release (April 2025)" occured. It was introduced in 6d0c2ce, but obviously that RUBY_VERSION < '3.2' is executed at gem-build-time, so the warning is shown to everyone.
