Addresses Issue 244

Motivation and Context

Why is this change required? What problem does it solve?

Allows for end-users and customers to create, delete, and manage the local users on the Rubrik cluster programatically. Allows for the retrieval of User IDs in order to be used in setting authorizations similar to what is requested in Issue 108

How Has This Been Tested?

  • Please describe in detail how you tested your changes.
  • Include details of your testing environment, and the tests you ran to see how your change affects other areas of the code, etc.

Cmdlets have been tested against 4.2 and 5.0 within the Rubrik TM Lab.
