Get-RubrikClusterStorage fails on 5.2

The Get-RubrikClusterStorage cmdlet fails when parsing the averageDailyGrowth on CDM 5.2 and above with undefined API. This is because the /api/internal/report/summary/average_local_growth_per_day API endpoint no longer exists within 5.2

Expected Behavior:

Cmdlet should process without error

Steps to Reproduce:

Run Get-RubrikClusterStorage on a CDM 5.2 cluster
