Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, only frequency and retention can be set in an SLA Domain with PowerShell. It's not possible to set archival and replication settings when creating a new SLA Domain with PowerShell.

Add parameters to New-RubrikSLA to support archival and replication settings.
