Single command production setup, similar to #129

It can take a config file apps maybe or a pre-built stack (like essentials with Frappe, ERPNext, HR, Insights and Builder) maybe. No developer mode needed.

We can assume it is being run on a fresh linux VM. Also, give automatic SSL certs.

The idea is to give the user a production site accessible to internet.

First I will give support to create production environment using cli then later on add support for both cli and config based inputs.
