Scheduler for custom app is not working

I created a custom app named cis and installed it on a site. Now when I am passing a cron to run every minute in the scheduler_events of hooks.py it is throwing errors

I also tried to run
bench execute "cis.information_system.doctype.XXX.YYY.fetch_rss_feed" and received the same error

This issue arises whenever a new app is installed/uninstalled.

To fix this type of issue you will have to restart scheduler, workers and frappe server(dev or prod).

I have created issue for this here. You can follow this to know status.

For now you can fm stop <benchname> and fm start <benchname the sites.

I stopped and started the bench but still seeing the same error

Please ignore the above, the scheduler is running ok.
But the execute command is not working
