I'm using Selectize Input in one of my Shiny Apps and have noticed that the scroll bar does not work when clicked when using internet explorer.

My research shows that this was (or maybe still is) a problem with Selectize.js whereby even the examples on their GitHub don't work.

Do you know if there is any workaround for this when using R Shiny as we expect a lot of our customers to be using internet explorer to view our apps.

Regards,

Adam

Can you supply a reproducible example and let us know which version of IE you're using?

My internet explorer version is 11.1884.14393.0 and i'm on a Surface Laptop. In terms of reproducible examples the link above to Selectize.js GitHub page shows the issue in that if I try to click a scroll bar on a dropdown it closes.

From what I understand this was a known issue and it's not clear if its been fixed on their end or not. I wondered if this had been raised on your side using selectize to underpin some of the shiny dropdown functions and if you had any workarounds.
