New tabset (nav) interface

• More consistent, snake-cased, naming
  • Nav items start with nav_*()
  • Nav containers start with navs_*()
• New nav containers
  • navs_card_pill() & navs_card_tab()
  • navs_tree_list()
  • navs_accordion() (once BS5 is added)
• More flexibility
  • navs_bar(color = "darkblue")
  • Put two navs_bar() on the same page (e.g., https://www.tracktherecovery.org/)
• Better defaults
  • navs_bar(collapsible = TRUE)
  • Maybe navs_bar(color) could default to $dark?
