ESPSomfy entities set to unknown

I have noticed that all the entities for the ESPSomfy device toggle between a valid state and an unknown state. This could be related to the issue, Device unavailable but status not updated #66, as I too am seeing "Manually updated espsomfy_rts data" in the logs. This issue appears to occur after a "ESPSomfy RTS Socket was opened" and "ESPSomfy RTS Already Configured" event.

Looks like this issue was a hardware related. I switched from a ESP32 WROOM-32 board to a ESP32 WROOM-32D and I no longer have this problem.
