Update the won sign to have one crossbar

Please update the won sign (₩, U+20A9) to have one crossbar. There's nothing wrong with two crossbars, but in Korea, it's most common to see the won sign with one crossbar. Recently, SF Pro has also been updated with one crossbar.

Many of the Korean fonts from Sandoll, South Korea's largest font maker, all have one crossbar for the won sign.
