Dried Beef Log

  • 1 - 8 oz. package soft cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/3 cup chopped stuffed green olives
  • 1 jar small dried chip beef

Ingredients

  • In a bowl combine all ingredients except chipped beef. On wax paper, shape mixture into 2, 6-inch logs, 1 1/2-inch diameter. Wrap and chill several hours. Snip chipped beef. Roll logs in chipped beef and serve.
