- 6 slices cubed rye bread
- 1 - 16 oz. can drained and rinsed sauerkraut
- 1 pound deli sliced cut into strips corned beef
- 3/4 cup Russian Salad Dressing
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 400°. Spread bread cubes in the bottom of a 9 x 13 cooking sprayed baking dish. Spread sauerkraut evenly over bread cubes, then layer with corned beef strips. Pour dressing over dish. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray. Cover dish with sprayed side of foil down. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle dish with cheese and bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
