Hi Robert,

I'm using fastq-dl to download a bunch of Fastqs for some benchmarking - it's so good!

Question about citation - should I just refer to the GitHub?

Awesome! I think that will work, maybe something like:

Petit III, R. A., & Hall, M. B. fastq-dl: efficiently download FASTQ files from SRA or ENA repositories (Version 2.0.0) https://github.com/rpetit3/fastq-dl

Haha hopefully soon I might make a shot at JOSS or something.
