The latest commit on master has socket2 updated to a version >= 0.3.16, while v0.0.5 does not. When compiling using Rust 1.64, rust-lang/rust#78802 means older socket2 versions will not compile.

I'm working on fixing the build of this package in the nixpkgs package manager, which is now updating its Rust version to 1.64. In the meantime, I'll switch the package to building from the latest commit, but it would be great to have a formally blessed version to use.

Thank you for all of your work!
