Proxy doesn't reconnect if replica's POD changes IP

Hello and thanks for making this! Are you still maintaining it?

If yes, then I got a bug to report. As stated in the title, if there's a problem with the master replica's POD and it gets recreated with a different IP the proxy will fail to reconnect back to it because the old IP is now invalid or being used by some other service.

I tried using the DNS name (rethinkdb) instead of the IP but then if new replicas are added the proxy doesn't seem to notice them.
