User can search for equivalent function/method in target language to known function in source language
As as a non-logged-in user,
when I visit the root directory,
I see a landing page
with a dropdown menu with list of Ruby array methods.
When I select a method from the dropdown menu
and click "Translate"
then I see search results which include the top 5 JavaScript array functions which a machine-learning algorithm selected from the MDN docs as most similar to the Ruby method selected.
