we are talking about content versioning, functionality (code) versioning ... the concepts of "editions", "releases" ... where and how and when to track "publication" dates, or, "last changed at" dates ... a staging server for new changes (functionality changes but maybe also content changes) ... a deployment process/policy for releasing new functionality or content ... etc. and the user interface and implementation of all these things
